How does Keep Trade Cut work?

Keep Trade Cut is a community player-ranking game for four fantasy sports: MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL. You're shown three players at a time and swipe right to Keep, left to Cut, or up to Trade. Every vote adjusts the community ELO rating that powers the leaderboards.

How do I sign in?

You can sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password. If you forget your email password, use "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen — we'll email you a 6-digit reset code.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us.

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions
3. Tap Keep Trade Cut Premium, then Cancel Subscription

If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund directly from Apple.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. You'll be asked to re-enter your password. Your account is soft-deleted immediately and permanently purged from our systems after a 30-day grace period. During those 30 days you can recover the account by contacting support.

Why are player stats or rankings not updating?

Player data is synced from ESPN once per day (NFL is synced weekly during the season). During offseason periods we pause syncs for each sport. If a player is missing or a stat looks wrong, please email us the player's name and sport.

How do I report an inappropriate ad?

Open the app and tap Settings → Report an Ad. This opens an email to us; include a screenshot if possible and we will investigate within 1 business day.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase, then open Settings → Restore Purchases in the app.

Is Keep Trade Cut affiliated with any sports league?

No. Keep Trade Cut is an independent fantasy-sports ranking app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, ESPN, or any of their member teams. All team logos and player names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
